Republicans, Democrats all the same,
Lil' blue and red piggies playin' the game,
money, jobs and hope all gone away,
but the bad changes are here to stay.

Not really about Obama - it's our corrupt government in it's red and blue side entirety.

Well, if you look at this from a perspective of a post-Magna Carta monarch, your US Presidents are much like those monarchs, or "heads of state." A king, after Magna Carta, had actual power limited by the elected bodies that came to effectively rule nations.

The office of the President, looking at your government's Congress and HoR, is not entirely unlike a monarch. You're possibly closer to the mark than you thought with what you framed as an exaggerated view of the President.

Now a pre-Magna Carta king... that's what Bush was trying to be ;-)

Obama doesn't believe that congress, the courts or anyone can limit him. The only difference between him and Bush is he can read a teleprompter better.

I don't see much difference between Obama and Bush - Both seem to like war, insane spending and having things their way right or wrong. Bush seemed a little more "homespun", Obama seems a little more petulant, but over-all...

As far as being "King" goes, I'd agree that Bush tried to be one, but add that Obama seems to think he is one.

The 2012 election is going to be a real bummer for independent voters - more of Obama's arrogance and failed policy or the serious batch of losers the republicans are offering.

Talk about the rock or the hard place :D

Honest government is an oxymoron, I think...

...I've had hopes for a big group of Presidents, Senators and Congresspeople in my lifetime and few were honest when they got there, far less when they left.
